How much does it cost?

Ridings Law Group, PC charges $250.00 for a comprehensive attorney consultation regarding your full credit history, and for the initial setup and entry of the inaccurate negative items on your report into our state-of-the-art system. This is followed by a monthly payment of $99.00 for the previous month’s work, for up to 6 months (or when you tell us to stop, whichever comes first). Usually our clients notice a significant removal of negative items between 3 and 6 months. If you paid the entire 6 months, your total fee would be $844.00. Alternatively for a savings the client may pay, in advance, a flat rate fee of $750.00 for up to six months of work which would include the comprehensive consultation and setup fees.

• Consultation in office or on the telephone.

• Review of current credit situation.

• Discussion of credit goals and time frame for housing goals.

• Important suggestions of changes you can make to maintain better credit in the future.

• Outline of your responsibilities during the process.

• Appropriate action steps to enhance your credit.

Sometimes clients have charge-offs or collection accounts that they want us to settle for them.  These settlements are either done with the intention of saving the client money or with the goal of payment in return for an agreement to delete from the creditor.

These are the only services for which there is an additional charge due to the extra amount of time and work involved in settling accounts.
